Wildlife Collision Guarantee Terms
The SENNA ANIMAL STOP Wildlife Collision Guarantee is a limited promotional guarantee provided by Hardi Ford LLC for eligible U.S. purchases. It is not insurance and does not replace automobile insurance or any other coverage.
1. Maximum benefit
For an approved qualifying claim, the maximum benefit is $1,000 USD per registered product/eligible incident, subject to these terms and any program-specific terms presented at registration.
2. Eligibility
Eligibility requires a genuine SENNA ANIMAL STOP purchased through an authorized channel, successful product and vehicle registration, installation and use according to the instructions, an active guarantee period on the date of the incident, and compliance with the claim process.
3. Claim documentation
We may require the order number, product registration, vehicle information, incident date and location, photographs, repair estimates or invoices, police or incident reports where available, and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
4. Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover intentional acts, fraud, misuse, improper installation, use contrary to instructions, an unregistered or expired product, incidents unrelated to wildlife collision, indirect or consequential losses, bodily injury, lost income, towing, rental vehicles, diminished value, or amounts paid or payable by another insurer or responsible party, except where prohibited by law.
5. No collision-prevention promise
SENNA ANIMAL STOP is designed as an additional preventive device. No wildlife warning device can guarantee that an animal will react, that a collision will be avoided, or that every road and environmental condition will produce the same result. Drivers remain responsible for safe operation of the vehicle.
6. Claim review
Claims are reviewed individually. We may request additional information, verify installation and registration, or deny claims that do not satisfy the published requirements. Approved benefits will not exceed the documented eligible loss or $1,000 USD, whichever is lower.
